1) Year End Steps.....--> log in SQL Acc ....(Before year end , pls run ALL Analyse data integrity first in <Tools>)
    - Mouse click on <Inquiry> option at the tool bar
    - "move away the mouse & don use mouse any more" .... keyboard , click (Total 3 keys)   Left Shift + Left Control + Right Arrow
    - u will see it will pull down the <Tools> ... than last one is year end ...
    - use keyboard up down button to select <YEAR END CLOSING>

2) after year end . eg . 
   PO --> GR -->PI --->Payment .... 
   any of the part no full sattle (payment & stock transfer status)... ALL the link records will stay

3) SQL Account Tool Bar missing
    Log out SQL Acc
    WIndow <Start> <Run> type <regedit> ... folder view ... select <HK Current user> <Software> <eStream> <SQL Accounting> delete the <BAR> ... than log in as normal

4) Screen Size Too Big to fit
    Vista , destop , right click <Personalize> , left panel , Adjust font size (DPI) select Default Scale (96DPI)

5) Network Not Stable  
   a) Turn off screen saver ..
   b) Turn off Network POWER SAVING feature ..... Mynetwork place (right click properties) ,  Local Area Network (right click properties) , Connect Using ...click Configure .....Power Mgmt , untick ...

6) Print Aging with PC chq

    To view aging with PD chk ... need to some setting
    a) Tick Incl. PDC info in aging report before apply
    b) Activate the report format in Tools, Report designer, Locate report name (customer aging.... (PDC )) , drag out, drag in become new blue font report ....

7) Steps : Database error / Corrupt

    a) Tools , analyse data integrity ....... tick ALL & run
    b) if still cannot , than download SQL Diagnosis in www.sql.com.my/utility  ... run in the server ..., use SQL Diagnosis ...... button 4 (DB Validate)... ... after done .... if error solved .... just backup in Diagnosis , restore in SQL Account & use .....

    c) is still cannot .... than last thing is to use the option DIRECT ZIP ONLY ... in diagnosis just now .... than upload for us to chk ...

8) EPSON LQ-850 in WIN 7

   Pls use win 7 in build driver for printer
   a) Epson LQ Series 1 (80)
   or
   b) Epson LQ Series 2 (80)
 
    note : the (80) means 80 column printer (A4 paper)


    Windows 7: Access Denied Error when try to add new printer driver, like EPSON LQ850
    1. Go to Control Panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety.
    2. Click on User Accounts.
    3. Click on "Change User Account Control settings".
    4. Set to "Never notify" (lowest level). Press OK.
    5. Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer? Press YES to proceed.
    6. Restart the computer. 
    7. You may add new printer driver EPSON LQ850 into Windows 7.
